1/29/09 -- 躲避球、紅綠燈

昨晚柔柔的聖經學校，校方邀請學生家長們全程參與小朋友們的活動。

玩遊戲時，我和老公驚訝的發現…原來美國也有玩躲避球! 我們還以為躲避球是台灣獨有的呢！老公和我坐在一旁聊起，我倆小時候都討厭玩躲避球，最不喜歡在內圈被球砸！當校方邀請家長們站到內圈一起玩時，更令我和老公回憶起兒時玩躲避球的痛苦。當然，我們謝絕上陣。

之後，校方又帶領小朋友們玩紅綠燈。美國紅綠燈的玩法跟台灣的不同。這裏的紅綠燈是小朋友們分為兩隊，站在體育場的對邊。當聽到綠燈口令即跑、紅燈口令即停，直到抵達對邊為止。我覺得台灣的紅綠燈比較好玩且較有創意。

    Ha's Awana has 躲避球, too, and usually, by the end of the game, all leaders needed to get in.

    We even played that in the park. Stephen and I took turns to be inside.

    Is that "Dutch Ball" or some similar name like that? I remember seeing my students played while I was teaching.

    To Yi: Yes. At the end of the game, they asked all the leaders (and parents) to get in.

    To Sophia: I have no idea about its English name.
