Hello Dickson: We got the high fiber bars from Target. Make sure the kind you get is low in saturated fat (saturated fat<1 g per bar). The kind we like is "Fiber One -Oaks & Strawberries with almonds". It's low sin aturated fat (0.5 g per bar), high fiber (9g per bar), and it tastes great. Hope to see you again soon!
