8/31/09 -- From Sun to Cool (Kuo)
整理書櫃時，老公拿起他那屆的柏克萊畢業紀念冊。翻到了他自己的畢業照。
我也拿起我那屆的，在last name "K" 那裏翻來翻去。我問老公，"我怎麼找不到我的畢業照啊？"
老公立即說，因為妳那時的last name是"Sun"啊！
對呀！我那時是Jennifer Sun耶！
"Jennifer Kuo"這名字跟著我11年了。"Jennifer Sun"這名字竟已變得好生疏。

8/18/09 -- 從網路授課走入校園
在家中經濟有需要的此時，神的開路源源不絕。
目前我在網路教三堂營養課，下個月開始將在大學校園內多教一堂。時間是柔柔和樂樂在校時間，所以與接送孩子沒有衝突。
我喜愛我的工作，因有許多長進的機會。:-)

8/3/09 -- 油光滑面?
柔柔："媽咪，妳覺得我們長得像嗎？"
柔媽：“很多人都說我們長得很像，但我只覺得有一點像。”
柔柔：“我覺得我們有點像，但是妳的臉比我油多了、總是亮亮的！”
柔媽無言以對 (心想：天啊，我的臉真的油成這樣嗎？)。
看來，我得好好吸油了。

7/29/09 -- 教書的感恩與喜悅
一堂課剛結束，學生們給我的評語全都是正面的。感謝神！
我愛我的工作、生活、家庭與神所賜的一切。

* She was friendly, easy to communicate with, participated actively, asked questions for the whole class to give answers to, and she was helpful.
* The instructor's strengths were that she was very knowledgeble on the topics that were discussed and she made very interesting points.
* I like how she responded right away with all my questions.
* This instructor is the best online instructor I have ever had because she made it fun for the students. She also knew the subject very well.
* She was on top of things.
* She was very friendly, knew her material, and she was motivating.
* She was honest. I really liked how quickly she would respond everytime I had a question. And she was always polite, never mean and rude. And kept pushing me to finish my assignments. I liked that. Thank you.
* She did a good job.
* Informitive and helpful are the teacher's strengths.
* She was very enthused about helping me to get a good grade and to have good nutrition.
* Jennfier kuo is the best teacher I have ever had. I must thank Western Career College for having such a nice teacher who actually knows the material inside and out.

7/25/09 -- 孩子們最愛的餐館
每次問柔柔要去哪一家餐廳吃飯，她總是選這家。
這裡，完全沒有豪華的裝潢，是相當樸實的餐館。
柔柔永遠都是點相同的餐 -- 潮州河粉。她能獨自吃完一整碗。
樂樂則鍾愛牛肉丸。我們將它們插在筷子上，樂樂稱肉丸為棒棒糖。
老公則偏愛這家的炒飯及蘿蔔糕。

精神病院護理長向到院巡視官員解說每位收容病人的狀況，有位病人手中握著一張相片，一邊哭一邊用頭撞牆。
護理長說：「他曾深愛相片中的女人，無論是醒著或睡覺都不肯將照片放下，但那女人卻嫁給別人，他因此發瘋！」
這時隔壁房間有一個人也用頭用力撞牆。
官員問：「他又怎麼了？」
護理長說：「他就是娶了那位女人的人！」
→ 得與失本來就沒有絕對的！
哇哈哈，笑死我~~
